Xee Vue/Artisit Statement

“All about me”
This quote or statement came into my mind while I was putting all my photos into groups. Like the beginning of this class, I’m been doing a lot of project regarding many different task in each one of them. For each one of them I’ll use Adobe Photoshop and many different tools in there. In Adobe Photoshop, the tool that I would use the most often is Smudge, Burn, Dodge, Blur, and the Desaturated and Saturated Tools.
So for this time being, I’m done with the semester of having Advanced Photography. I really like this class, and I was hoping to improve more in the future with my photography skills and my Photoshop skill. I could say that I’m at a regular skill of using the regular tools. Before, I had taken Advanced photography, my skill was poorly. Therefore, I really hope that I had taken something out of this class with me and bring it forward to use in the future.
Throughout the entire project that I had done so far during this semester, the project that I enjoy the most is the “Retro” project. In this Retro project, we had to model something from the past. So basically, it’s like I have to use an image from the old centuries and use my own photo to blend in with it. I like this project the most because, I really have fun and I really enjoy myself on this project. The tool that I use the most often in this project from Adobe Photoshop is the Smudge tool. I love using the smudge tool the most because it makes my photo blend in with the other images. Therefore, I had a lot of fun with this project.
Throughout all of my photos in all of my project, I still do pay homage to Paul Strand. I still respect his way of taking his photo. I now noticed that my images are more like his. By saying this, I mean that now I know that I’m more into the black and white photo better than the photo with colors. I know now that my photo would look best if it was in black and white. I also noticed now that besides taking photo of landscape and settings, I also love to take photo of people so basically like a portrait of someone.
Overall, I really find it interesting how I still really admire Paul Stan d image and I always look up to his image.

This statement, still describe me and my photo best. The reason to it is because each of the photos is a part or pieces of me and my life therefore it’s really important to me.

This is the first photo that I took. It wasn't that much fun but I decide to take it in the mood of black and white. As it was stated by Mrs. Canelake, We couldn't edit these photo so I decide to use the Flash button and the Black and White mood very often. Hopefully, this photo is okay>.<

Letter/Font Project....

First photo of my letter project....All I did in this photo is that I used the font called " Letter Gothic Std" I also added the side marks. I included this to make the letter seems more gothic and more scary. Anyways, this is just the first letter of my project....hope the next one would be better!!!
